P1Vehicle Services
For owners, boards & managers

An amenity that works while the building sleeps.

Residents park as usual and wake up to detailed cars. No booking desk, no staff involvement, no disruption to common areas — an insured two-person crew, overnight, on assigned wash days.

Buildings offer P1 for the same reason they mind the lobby flowers.

Two ways to run it

Authorize it, or make it yours.

Both are resident-facing. The difference is whose name is on it.

Authorize

Standard

Residents subscribe and pay P1 directly. The building simply permits the service in the garage — nothing on your books, nothing on your team's plate.

$0 to the building

Sponsor as an amenity

Recommended

The building covers a building-wide package and residents receive washes as part of living here. The version residents mention when they describe the building to someone else.

Custom contract based on building size, usage, and other factors.

Built-in wash bay

Infrastructure

We install a permanent, professionally finished wash bay — metered, maintained by P1, and a standing feature of the property.

Custom install, ideal for new constructions.

What your residents see

Three gestures, then nothing.

They park in their own spot on a wash night, lock a keybox to the car, and go upstairs. An insured, supervisor-led crew works 10PM–4AM with equipment specified for indoor garages and metered water. By morning the keys are where they left them.

·No lobby traffic ·No key handoffs ·No daytime noise ·No visitor parking used
Getting started

From first visit to first wash night.

1

A twenty-minute walk-through

We assess the garage, water access, staging and access logistics. That visit alone confirms whether it's a fit.

2

You choose the model

Authorize, sponsor, or install a wash bay.

3

Resident communication, coordinated with you

You have full control over how we introduce P1 to your residents. We respect that every building’s privacy policy is unique.

4

Wash days are assigned

Recurring nights set by how many residents sign up — for example, the first and third Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday of the month.

Manager questions

Asked, answered.

Does management pay?

Your call. In the standard model residents subscribe and pay P1 directly and the building simply permits the service. Or sponsor it as a formal amenity: the building covers a building-wide package and residents receive washes at no direct charge.

Does it require staff involvement?

None. P1 handles scheduling, access, execution and resident communication. Your team isn't in the loop on day-to-day service, and staff never handle keys.

Is special infrastructure required?

Nothing beyond a standard ¾″ hose bib and accessible water. If a garage lacks that, our built-in wash bay is the alternative.

What insurance is carried?

P1 is fully insured, with coverage in place before any live operation. The service is covered from the moment our crew enters the building to the moment the vehicle is back in its spot.

How are complaints handled?

Any complaint from management triggers an immediate review and, if needed, a temporary pause. We'd always rather pause the service than create friction in your building.

What about noise and water?

Equipment is chosen to run quietly in enclosed garages, and the work happens between 10PM and 4AM down in the garage, not near units or common areas. Water use is metered at every visit.

Can we end it?

Yes. Authorization can be withdrawn on notice, and any sponsored package is written with a defined term. We'd rather leave cleanly than overstay.

See if your garage qualifies.

Twenty minutes on site is enough to confirm it. No commitment, no cost.

We use this only to contact you about P1 at your building and to assess whether the garage is workable. You can ask to see or delete what you send at any time — alex@p1services.ca. See our Privacy Policy.
