The lockbox

You never hand anyone your keys.

Two steps on your way upstairs, and the handoff is done. Here is exactly what it looks like.

1

Your fob goes in the signal-blocking pouch.

Every membership ships with a Faraday pouch. Slide the fob in, press the flap shut, and it stops transmitting. It can't be picked up, relayed, or used to open or start the car while it's in there.

Lock it wherever suits you.

There's no prescribed spot. Pick whatever is most convenient for you.

Quicker to attach on your way out. Every lockbox ships with felt pads you can place anywhere on the box, so it never sits hard against your paint.

Why it's built this way

No front desk. No drawer of keys.

  • Nobody at your building touches your keys. Not the concierge, not management, not a valet desk.
  • A pouched fob can't open the car. Even holding the box, the signal doesn't get out.
  • Your keys never leave the garage. Locked to your car, into your car, and back, nowhere else.
  • Covered throughout. Everything we do, from the moment we walk into your garage to the moment we leave is covered.

Your keys stay in your lockbox until it is your turn for your car to be washed. Once your service is complete, the keys go right back in, and the lockbox goes right back where you left it.
